I'm Dhruv Bajaj, a founder and AI engineer based in India. I joined SimCare AI as its first hire. As a Founding Engineer, I build the infrastructure behind AI client conversations for healthcare training: speech, language models, video, and a product that brings them together.

I was also the first hire at Artisan AI, building the early systems behind personalized sales outreach. At Stack AI, I worked on workflow execution and integrations. Across three YC-backed teams, I've worked from backend architecture through to the product details people interact with.

I also co-founded UpgradeLLM, a venture of my own, from December 2024 to April 2025. We built an application to help enterprise clients migrate legacy systems from older technology stacks to modern ones.

I like to break a problem down, make the trade-offs clear, and test the assumptions before committing to an approach. Then I build, measure, and refine. The interesting part is making all that complexity feel simple.
